Where we started
Our chefs James and Damian Fichett started the first tapas bar in Liverpool in 1992 and have since then travelled the world exploring the finest cuisines, ingredients and flavours to add to their signature dishes. They have over 30 years experience in preparing and serving traditional tapas dishes. Their combined knowledge and talented skills makes El Nido’s dishes truly remarkable.
